We also wanted to create an environment that wasn’t going to go out of style, and that was going to have longevity both in terms of enduring design as well as performance.”

Laura adds that as the operator of the village, Retirement Your Way is responsible for every single object in the facility until the end of time. “We wanted to put something in there that really doesn’t require maintenance, because that would impact the monthly levies our residents pay.”
